Framing FAQs

  • Pricing for your project will depend on many factors like size, frame selection, type of glass, mounting processes, and other elements. Stop in and we'll try different design suggestions on for size. The best news is we have options available to meet the needs of every budget and style.

  • Absolutely, our framing design consultants love this process so much. If you have no idea where to begin, we will guide you from the get-go. Tell us your vision for the piece, if you have one. Where will it hang? What kind of style do you have in that space? Bring a quick photo of the space. Will it be by a window or in a hallway? At the end of the day, we want you to leave with something that feels personal for you and preserves the artwork. We're here to help as much as you need! We offer in-home consultations and showroom appointments.

  • We do this all the time! If you have a vintage frame, handmade frame, or store-bought frame, bring it in. We will take careful measurements to custom cut a mat and glass, mount the artwork and fit the package into your existing frame.

  • Absolutely! If you have a frame at home and all you need is the mat or glass, we can cut it for you so it fits perfectly. Bring your piece in to the shop to make sure the measurements are correct and the mat opening will work.

  • Our mats are all acid free and we have museum-quality materials available for mounting, glazing and more. If your piece is an original or oversized and needs repair or extra care, our staff knows how to advise you.

  • Our standard turnaround time is two to three weeks, but If you need something in a hurry, let us know! We can accommodate rush orders.
